Description
SiMAGIN MRI Simulator
Integrated Clinical Workflow and MRI Physics Training
Runs in any web browser
6 Month and 12 Month License options
Individual, Instructor or Institutional options
SiMAGIN MRI Simulator offers students and lecturers a chance to test drive an MRI scanner on a laptop or desktop.
SiMAGIN shows you the full MRI Clinical Workflow: You learn how to input patient data, Select an MRI protocol and how to Plan a Scan to accurately capture the correct regions of Anatomy.
By calculating and simulating k-space and Magnetic Resonance images, SiMAGIN also allows you to simultaneously learn the basic principles of MRI physics alongside the clinical workflow.
Each image output is completely original and corresponds to the MRI sequence parameters input by the user.
SiMAGIN offers:
- Live K-Space Formation, MR Signals and Image Reconstruction
- Instant Simulated Scanning
- Multiple Anatomies – head, knee, wrist and more
- Variable field strength– 0.05T to 5T with continuous B0 change including SNR, Chemical Shift, Read Bandwidth, NEX and more
- Spin Echo, Gradient Echo, Inversion Recovery, Fast Spin Echo, FatSat, STIR, FLAIR, Multiple Spin Echo Sequences with real-time waveform update and more
- Adjustment of TR, TE, TI, Flip Angle and ETL
- Full Oblique planning and imaging
- Run a Prescan – tune and match an RF coil to 50 Ohms, run a flip angle scan for a 90 degree pulse and see the MR signal and spectrum tuned to resonance (the Larmor Frequency)
- Discover an artifacts package including ghosting, spike artifacts and noise simulation
- Lesion simulation with random location, intensity and size
- imaginSYS integrated online MRI lecture course offering modules in:
– Overview, Basic principles and Relaxation Mechanisms
– MR Image Formation
– MR Image Sequences and Signal Contrast
– More Advanced MR Sequences
– MR Hardware and Safety
- Online Exercises and Student evaluation
